Lieutenant Bockey began his law enforcement career with the Warren County Sheriff's Office in 2004 as an Investigator with the Northwest Regional Drug Task Force. In 2008, he transferrred to the Patrol Division as a road deputy. He was promoted to Patrol Sergeant in 2012 and was appointed as the Court Services Lieutenant on December 1, 2013. In December 2014, Lieutenant Bockey transferred back to the patrol division. He serves as the assistant commander of the Special Operations Team, the assistant team leader of the tracking team, FTO and Bike Patrol Supervisor and Accreditation Manager. Lieutenant Bockey previously spent eight years in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces member and two years with the Middletown Police Department.

Lieutenant Gordon Fosteralt

Criminal Investigations

Lieutenant Foster began his career with Warren County in 1992 working in communications. Lieutenant Foster then worked in corrections and patrol before transferring to criminal investigations in 2004. He completed fire investigation training with the Virginia Fire Mashall Academy in 2002. He works jointly with the county Fire Marshall's office in fire and explosion incidents that occur in the county. Lieutenant Foster currently supervises sheriff's office investigators assigned to criminal, narcotics, and gang investigations. He also oversees the operations of the property and evidence section for the office. He has been a lifelong resident of Warren County.

 Lieutenant Raymond Fogle DSC 0644A

Lieutenant Fogle began his law enforcement career as a part-time corrections officer in April 1990 and became full-time with the Sheriff's Office in July 1990. Lieutenant Fogle was transferred to the patrol division as a road deputy in 1994 and was promoted to the Criminal Investigations Division in March 2004. In November 2011, he was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and transferred back to the patrol division. He became Lieutenant of Court Services in February 2015.

Lieutenant Fogle was an active member of the Special Operations Team for eighteen years, a member of the United States Secret Service Joint Task Force on Computer Forensics, and attended the National Computer Forensic Institute in Hoover, Alabama. He is also a Field Training Officer, Certified General Instructor, and a Less Lethal Instructor. Prior to entering law enforcement, Lieutenant Fogle served eight years in the United States Navy as a Radioman with Commander Amphibious Group 2, based at Little Creek Amphibious Base-Virginia Beach, VA.
