Major Norman Shiflett

Major Norman Shiflett is a native of Front Royal, Virginia.  He began his law enforcement career with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office in March of 1984. Major Shiflett has worked in various positions and has held numerous ranks throughout his career with the Sheriff’s Office.  He graduated with the 230th session of the National FBI Academy in 2007.   Sheriff Daniel T. McEathron promoted Shiflett to his current position as Major/Chief Deputy on July 01, 2008. Major Shiflett oversees all operations of the Sheriff’s Office
